Data Privacy Program Manager (DPPM) (Rolling Intake)

Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

• Assist the Data Protection Officer in implementing data protection programs. 
• Supervise Data Privacy Program Management Officers to ensure timely task delivery. 
• Manage special projects and the Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform. 
• Design and test tools to assess compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. 
• Provide consultancy on privacy risks to business units. 
• Prepare reports on data privacy program effectiveness for senior management. 
• Assist in liaising with the National Privacy Commission. 
• Develop policies and guidelines on data privacy. 
• Review contracts and privacy impact assessments for compliance. 
• Promote data privacy awareness among employees and stakeholders. 
• Support incident management by assessing and coordinating responses to privacy incidents.

About You:

The ideal candidate should: 

• Be knowledgeable in data protection basics and risk management. 
• Understand banking and related business processes. 
• Have project management skills.
