Assist Relationship Managers in loan transactions and customer service at a leading commercial bank.
Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assists in implementing loan transactions and customer servicing functions.
- Requests and collates information from various departments for evaluation.
- Prepares necessary documents for credit facilities.
- Monitors document and insurance submissions to ensure completeness.
- Prepares client requests such as Statements of Account and amortization schedules.
- Handles requests for collateral release, payment applications, and more.
- Monitors loan repricing and maturity dates.
- Coordinates loan and trade transactions with booking units and clients.
- Prepares instruction sheets for transaction approvals.
- Types promissory notes.
- Reviews and sends billing statements, ensuring timely payments.
- Prepares reports and provides information to management.
- Performs other administrative tasks as assigned.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Business, Banking, or Finance.
- Knowledge and experience in banking processes related to loans and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- A service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to be assigned in Makati.
