Teller (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Processes over-the-counter transactions, including cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashments, payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assists UNIPRO with scanning and filing signature cards and other bank documents.
• Reviews check transactions and verifies the authenticity of all notes received.
• Cross-sells to existing branch clients.
• Refers to clients with queries or interest in other bank products.
• Continuously provides a WOW Customer Experience to all clients.
• Performs other functions as assigned.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
• No work experience required, but customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of initiative and innovation.
• The ability to work well with people from various socio-economic classes.
• Willingness to be assigned to any branch in Bulacan.
