8.8 rating for Training, based on 43 reviews
Please describe the training programmes at your company and tell us what skills you've picked up.
I like that training involves an opportunity to travel. Training seems to be well structured. Lots of skills have been picked up - soft skills include stakeholder engagement, communication, time management, and also technical skills relating to corrosion, inspections and asset integrity.

Plenty of training opportunities with some being international! The schedule of the training program is a mix of compulsory and self-selected. I found this great as I have some idea of where my interests lay so I selected courses accordingly.

Formal technical training (matched to position in company). Basic business and industry training (advanced training dependent on budgets, management support, and position in company) Support for additional training if requested and deemed suitable - always open to discussion on this topic

Mandatory training is fantastic. Again, if you go after training programmes and can justify why you should do it/how it benefits team or company then they are very open
